What's your cancellation policy?
PCYA has a 48-hour cancellation policy. We will charge your credit card on file for the price of the trip plus tax if you cancel. You will receive an email confirmation after you book and give us your credit card that is our agreement of this cancellation policy with you. To cancel before our 48-hour cut off time, please call Blake at 435.640.3022.
How do I handle tax & gratuity?
Tax is not included in the prices listed. We recommend that you tip your guide 20%. A 20% auto-gratuity will be added to parties of six or more. Please bring a credit card to your adventure as the guide will ring you up after your adventure. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy.
What if someone in my group bails?
PCYA has a 48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY—any changes in head count received with at least 48-hours notice will be adjusted at no charge. Cancellations within 48-hours of the reservation will be charged in full to the credit card on file.
What is your COVID policy?
Guests must take personal responsibility for their own safety by following CDC guidelines. Any participant who is infected with covid should refrain from coming on the adventure. Any participant who is showing any symptoms of COVID, or has household members exhibiting any of the symptoms should refrain from coming on the trip. Any participant who has been exposed to someone infected with COVID within the previous 10-days leading up to the trip should refrain from coming on the trip. Not attending due to COVID does not negate our 48-hour cancellation policy and you will be charged in full for the time slots you have reserved.
Where are you located?
All of our trips are located in and around Park City, Utah. your confirmation email will have the address for your trip and directions.
I’ve never done yoga. I can’t even touch my toes! Can I do this?!
Our yoga adventures are fully tailored and customized for our guests. Even if you have never done yoga before, all of our adventures are a great opportunity to learn basic poses in a fun and relaxing environment. All you need is an open mind and a sense of humor.
Does Park City Yoga Adventures provide transportation?
Guests are responsible for their own transportation.
What should I wear for summer yoga hike adventures?
Wear yoga clothing or any comfortable workout apparel, as well as closed-toe athletic shoes with a supportive design. We adventure in a high-desert environment where the weather can change quickly. Dress in layers and bring a light jacket just in case. We will have a small backpack and trekking poles for each participant. We will also provide a headlamp for night hiking adventures.
What should I wear for snowshoe adventures?
Dress as you would for a day of skiing, with your yoga clothing as your base layer. A pair of warm winter boots, hats, gloves, and snow coats and pants are essential. Even though it’s winter time, be sure to bring sun protection—hat, sunglasses and sunscreen. We will have trekking poles and a small backpack for each participant. We will also provide a headlamp for night hiking adventures.
What should I wear for paddleboard yoga?
Wear lightweight clothing that you don’t mind getting wet, like a bathing suit or shorts and a sports bra. Bring a towel. There is a changing room at the Homestead Crater hot spring, but no shower. The water is 95-98˚F year round.
Do I need a reservation?
Yes, all yoga adventures are by reservation only. Filling out the booking inquiry does not mean you are booked. A credit card must be on file to confirm your booking.
Can I book an adventure for just myself?
If you are a solo yogi, we will try our best to add you to a group already booked but we need at least two people to reserve our adventures.
